Introduction to Nose Work
This class will teach you how to encourage your dog’s natural scenting ability by using their desire to hunt using their favorite food or toys. It is an excellent confidence builder using a dog’s most natural ability – his nose, in a correction free environment. It will introduce each team to the basic foundation skills needed to be able to move on to more advanced Odor Classes.
Each dog and handler team will work individually in the class; affording each team the optimum training opportunity with minimal distraction. Dogs can be any breed, age, size or experience and the class is great for companion or performance dogs. Those that want to compete will have that opportunity and those that want to watch their dogs develop their natural skills will enjoy seeing their dogs burn both physical and mental energy, gain confidence and most of all, have fun.
This is a 6 week, 90 minute class. Class Fee is $99.

The focus of this course is fun and fitness, rather than competition, and will include stretching and core strengthening exercises. Class will be held both indoors and, weather permitting, outdoors. This is a 6 week class. Class Fee is $99. You may pay online through PayPal here.
